From Threads to Forms
A little About Me
I’m Vanessa Pappa, a contemporary fiber artist exploring texture, form, and the stories that emerge through making. I work with weaving and macramé, often pushing these techniques into more sculptural forms.
I’m drawn to the movement and rhythm of materials — how fiber can hold tension, flow, or surprise you. My work often evolves from curiosity, emotion, and the urge to build something expressive with my hands. Inspired by music, design, and natural forms, I see each piece as a conversation between control and spontaneity.
